For obvious financial and security reasons, everyone in attendance at the event must be registered and pay a fee. 

 

With reference to the categories of registration below, please contact us if you are not sure to which category you belong!

1.  Standard: £100.00

 

2.  Concession: £60.00

(Full-Time Students/Unemployed/Over 65)

 

3. Guest of Registered Speaker or Delegate: £60.00

 

3.  Onsite Delegate Registration

Standard: £150.00 / Concession: £90.00

This form of registration is not available to Speakers;

Delegates only, if numbers permit;

payment by Cash or Certified Cheque only.

 

We regret to announce that Day Rates are not available for this event.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

 

Our payments are handled by the global money transfer system PayPal. This system works directly with a variety of Bank and Credit Cards if you do not have your own Paypal account. 

 

For colleagues from countries without PayPal faclities, we are able to arrange transfer by International Bank Transfer or Western Union upon request. The relevant bank transfer charges must be paid at your end.

 

The fees payable include the money-handling charge imposed by PayPal, which is carried by us. For payment by Western Union and International Bank Transfer, the relevant charges must be paid at your end. 

 

You may print an instant receipt from the Paypal page. We will confirm your registration as soon as possible by sending you a copy of your PayPal receipt. Formal company receipts are available on request. 

 

Academic Conferences London Ltd. is not required to be registered for VAT (Value Added Tax), and thus no VAT is charged on our registration fees.

 

Please contact us for further information if you wish us to invoice your institution.  A surcharge of £25.00 will apply if we need to undertake additional administrative arrangements to become a recognised supplier of your institution.
